The 1700 metre long Flying Toboggan is one of the longest toboggans in our region. Up to 5 metres above the ground, it facilitates an experience that more closely resembles a mountain cable car than a traditional toboggan. Nevertheless, it is peppered with fast corners and descents, providing you with not only speed, but also with a spectacular view of the spruce-covered green landscape. The speed is non-adjustable and can be of maximum 25 kilometres per hour.
The Mašinžaga Park now also includes mountain tricycles powered by gravitation. Pleasure seekers of all ages can descent the dynamic 1500 metres long trail in the midst of nature. Everyone can adapt the speed to his/her abilities and wishes. Despite the exhilarating nature of the ride, mountain tricycles are extremely safe. The trail is well maintained, the tricycles have been ergonomically designed and equipped with reliable brakes.
The Forest Adventure Challenge will allow families with children of minimum 5 years of age and colleague teams to embark on an exploration of the authentic Pohorje natural environment combining well thought-out wandering around the forest world, a treasure hunt and an escape room in nature. Get a backpack which will serve as your personal guide. It will pose a series of riddles and tasks which you will have to complete by collaborating as a team, allowing you to discover the hidden treasure, all the while learning about plants, animals, and ecosystems in a fun way.
Two recently blue-marked designed family-friendly trails for mountain cyclists at the Rogla Bike Park offer the first cycling experience to everyone having completed a training at the cycling polygon but not ready for a more daring descent just yet. The new cycling trails have been designed in a way that encourage young cyclists at adapted elements to explore their abilities in a way that ensures their well-being. All equipment can be rented at the Outdoor Centre atop the Planja.
After spending an active day on Rogla, you will benefit from visiting the thermal pools in Terme Zreče, filled with natural healing acratothermal water. Its beneficial effects will relax your muscles and children will be excited by all the splashing in the thermal corners for children.
