The festive December events in Slovenske Konjice will start with the festive lighting of the lights and the opening of the ice skating rink in the Town Square of Slovenske Konjice, which will be enlivened by Kira Štruc Jurički, a pupil of the Music School in Slovenske Konjice and the golden button of this year's season of Slovenia's Got Talent.
The Old Town Square and the Town Square will be decorated with a procession of Christmas trees, which have been decorated by local associations, institutions and businesses for many years. In addition to the ice rink, the Town Square will also be decorated with a few stands and a large festively decorated spruce tree, which will add to the charm of the town's December atmosphere. This year, the walks through the Old Town will once again be festively lit up.
The ice skating rink will be open every day of the week between 15:00 and 20:00, and on weekends, holidays and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00 and 14:00 and 20:00 (Christmas and New Year's Eve until 18:00, closed on Christmas Day only) and will be free of charge for visitors.
