PROGRAM:
10:00 - 15:30: Guided hike to the Lovrenška lakes (optional)
13:00: Spring lunch with the first signs of spring
14:00 onwards: Dry body brushing and facial, neck, head, and upper back massage with green tea oil (40 min)
Entrance to the mountain wellness center Natura and detox drink.
MENU:
Spring dandelion salad
Nettle soup with ricotta ravioli and walnuts
Smoked trout with brook trout on wild garlic puree, porcini mushrooms, and asparagus
OR
chicken roulade with spring herbs, green risotto with asparagus
Flambéed strawberries with red pepper and homemade ice cream
