Within its historic walls thrives one of the most exquisite restaurants in the country — Spargus. Together with the exceptional Chef Andrej Smogavec, we are preparing a truly exclusive experience.
In this magical setting, where history breathes through ancient stone walls, you’ll be treated to Spargus’s new spring menu, blending locally sourced ingredients with contemporary culinary artistry.
